What is the BridgeUSA Leadership Development Program?

In partnership with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, CIEE is administering the BridgeUSA Leadership Development Program. Up to 200 emerging leaders from the thirteen BridgeUSA program categories will attend one of eight fully funded leadership development seminars in Washington, DC. Seminars will include three days of facilitated leadership development programming. Exchange Visitors who participate in the BridgeUSA Leadership Development program will become “citizen ambassadors” and share their new understanding of American values with their friends and family upon return home.

The eight 3-day seminars will take place between summer 2022 and December 2023.
